In r124028:

Renamed "Help" to "Documentation". Put two windows into "PartsBin/Documentation?". One about "connect", one about "short cuts". Exchanged the items of "Help"/"Documentation" with loading these parts from parts bin. Added a "...more" entry that opens a new window on rootPath/Documentation.

Benefits of loading parts for these "Documentation" entries: Works locally. Works in all Chrome versions. Easier to keep /Documentation worlds in sync with these items (that retrieved their text from trac wiki sites). Doesn't have to be plain text, but these entries still open the helpful info in the world you are working on...
